Tips & Samples to ensure acceptable photo submissions:

• Take your pictures on a sunny day with the sun always at your back
• Mid morning, or early evening will give you the best light
• Take your pictures eye level with your pet - you may need to kneel down for smaller animals
• Take pictures from several angles, not just head on
• Try to get your pet to stand, sit, laydown, or tilt their head in a pose that is unique only to them
• Unless you want to have your pet's tongue out in the portrait, please don't send photos with the tongue out
• Please don't take your pictures inside a building, or with a flash
• Digital images must be sumitted using no less than 300 DPI
